How do I print a gift certificate at home?When you choose the "Print at home" option for your Amazon.co.uk gift certificate at www.amazon.co.uk/giftcertificates, we create a PDF gift certificate specific to your order that you can access and print from the Order Summary in Your Account. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open and print PDF files.To view your gift certificate Order Summary in Your Account: Select one of the three ways listed below to access your gift certificate Order Summary where the Print gift certificate(s) button appears.
To print your gift certificate:
Note on Payment Verification: When you enter a payment method at the time of order, the name and card number you enter should exactly match the information on the card you are using, including spaces and stops for initials. Then, when you are asked to verify the payment method used for the printable gift certificate, the name and card number must exactly match the information you entered at the time of purchase (which should also exactly match the information on the physical card). If you enter variations of the name anywhere during the process, you may encounter problems verifying your payment and printing your gift certificate. If you are uncertain about how the name appears, you can view the cardholder name as you entered it by clicking on the "manage your payment methods" in the Payment & GC section of Your Account at www.amazon.co.uk/youraccount. You can print your gift certificate as many times as needed, but the code it contains can only be redeemed once. When the gift certificate has been redeemed to an Amazon.co.uk account, the Print gift certificate(s) button will no longer be available in the Order Summary. How do I use my gift certificate/card?If you're not ready to make a purchase: You can redeem the gift certificate/card to your account. 1. Locate your gift claim code. If you have a plastic gift card, gently scratch off the silver label on the back (if you haven't already). You should find your claim code printed on the card, underneath the label.2. Go to Your Account. 3. Click "Apply a Gift Certificate to your account". 4. Sign in with your e-mail address and password. 5. Enter your claim code and click "Redeem now". Your funds will automatically be applied to your next order. If you're placing an order through the Shopping

The site features the full selection of shoes and accessories available at Amazon.co.uk. For your convenience, Javari.co.uk will recognise when you have an existing account with Amazon.co.uk. You can also use Amazon gift certificates/cards or an existing gift certificate/card balance for purchases on Javari.co.uk - your Amazon gift certificate/card balance is shared between both websites. As long as you use the same e-mail address and password to log into your accounts, you'll see the same balance available for purchases. Locate the gift certificate order in your order summary
- the resend option will be available in the order details. You will be
able to send the gift certificate again to the same e-mail or postal
address or enter alternatives. Once you have reviewed the
details of your new gift certificate, we will send a new claim code to
the address provided. The original gift certificate claim code will be
rendered invalid. I'm having trouble using my gift certificate/card to place an order. What is happening?If you have a plastic gift card and are receiving an error message that says "We're sorry, but we didn't recognise the promotional claim code or gift certificate/card code you entered"; please contact us.Are you receiving an error message that says the gift certificate/card has already been redeemed? Once you've entered the claim code on our site, we'll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases, and you don't need to enter the claim code again. To confirm that the funds are already on your account, check your current gift certificate/card balance through Your Account. If the funds don't show up there, you might have more than one Amazon.co.uk account; please contact us. If your gift certificate/card will not work when placing an order
with a Marketplace seller, this means that the seller is not configured
to accept gift certificates. If either of the above don't seem to be the issue, check the
Terms
and Conditions to make sure your order meets the rules and
restrictions for paying with a gift certificate/card. What happens to the rest of my gift certificate or gift card if I don't use it all at once?Once you've entered the claim code on our site, we'll keep the balance in your account for use on future purchases, so you don't need to enter the claim code again when you place your next order. Please be aware that the original expiration date applies to any unused funds. When you place your next order, make sure the box on the order form that says "Use your gift and promotional balance?" is checked. If your order total is more than your gift certificate/card funds, you'll need to pay for the rest with a payment card. You should see the gift certificate/card funds reflected in the cost summary. If the funds don't show up there and your gift certificate/card hasn't expired, you might have more than one Amazon.co.uk account; please contact us.
